Company culture, great colleagues, interesting customers and projects, opportunity to influence on your work, positive outlook business wise, financially well balanced, facilities and tools, recreational activities and great internal and external values

Fast growth creates some challenges with office space, requires a lot of self leadership skills and commitment, can be really hectic at times, recruiting new employees lags at times and company strategy and vision was a bit unclear at times but steps have been taken to clarify the common goal.
