Pay is OK when there is work

Owner does sales and micromanages the company but is so disorganized that the warehouse is full of side projects and antiques instead of an organized garage door company. He consistently lies about what things cost and what customers have said to make the employees feel bad. Owner will randomly text you the day before you come in to work that there is no work to be done so don't come in. The business has consistently lost sales and is likely to be dissolved soon
