      Easy to get hired and low incident chances.

      Cons

      Vehicles are not maintained properly. Was blamed for things that were managements fault due to this. Low pay for the hours and risk.

      Good training. Not too demanding in the learning curve.

      Not a whole lot of work where I live. Working out of town 1 day a week part-time with a long commute.

      Poor upper management, Poor training, Poor Staff community. Vehicles are temperamental, and long work hours.
