      The clients are amazing and care about their contractors.

      Cons

      The company, in my opinion, definitely has favorites. Anyone can walk in and apply and get a job, I do not believe they interview properly. They just need a body to fill a position. They do not take complaints or concerns seriously.

      Pros

      GardaWorld is aggressively pro people. The culture here is not backbiting, but uplifting as people look out for the success of others and give grace when needed. Pay is competitive. Benefits are good. If you want to step on others to climb a corporate ladder, this is not the company for you.

      Cons

      Honestly, no cons. If you consider hard work a con, then management is not for you here.
