office culture is horrible, lost of back stabbing going on. Upper management are all scum bags and will lie to your face and do the opposite, you cannot trust anyone. I've seen managers bring in potential new employees and tell everyone they were on a "tour" of the office but really the plan was to fire the other employee and bring this new person in. So the new person met the person they were going to fire and the person that was going to get fired had no idea. Extremely unprofessional! Can you imagine being in their shoes and having no idea what was about to happen and you just shook hands with the person going on the tour?! Awful!!
