Many who started as insurance assistants have grown in their jobs to reach senior management positions Continueous training is provided as per annual training calendar both on soft skills and product knowledge Senior most management and directors are accessible to all employees irrespective of their grades Kept the promise of not terminating employees during the recession Annual bonuses and increments are given based on performance every year including the recession year industry respected directors and senior managers Can do attitude of management Encourages employees at all level to criticise and come up with innovative ideas In the last two years when 3 employees died, the Management took extra care in looking after their families- this is a very important aspect for all of us
Cons
middle level managers and supervisors do not have sufficient man management skills career growth is slow - there is no fast track opportunity to the highly motivated employees filing system is obselete and need major improvement through soft ware more amenities and better physical work envoirnment and filing space is very important Out of work team socailising is very limited There are some nepotism shown by some senior managers and directors
