Gargle has an amazing work culture. The other employees are great to work with and happy to help where needed. The benefits we receive are simply unmatched (catered lunches & off-site activities, Discretionary Time Off or DTO, paid mental health hours, paid holidays, fabulous health insurance with great maternity & paternity options, etc.). We are so well taken care of! I am a working mom and Gargle has been nothing but gracious and flexible in this regard. I am proud to work for an outstanding company where I truly feel appreciated. Cons
Things are constantly changing and evolving within our job description, which sometimes requires us to do things outside of our "lane". This does give us opportunity to learn more and gain experience though.
