- Flexible hours - Casual dress code - Supervisors/Key Holders/Store Manager all very friendly, down-to-earth, helpful - Task-oriented but fun atmosphere - 3 breaks (two 10-minute, one 30-minute) - Online database to swap/drop/pick-up shifts of other employees and PM them - Generous employee discount!

- Hardly anyone responds to PMs or will pick-up/swap shifts online (in-person is best) - General tedious, endless tasks that comes with working in retail clothing (color-coordinating items, picking up items on floor and re-racking them, etc.)
