Small office with a family mentality. Encourage training and education on subject matter. Provide a variety of leads and are willing to negotiate salary and compensation packages. Owners are approachable and "hands-on" in all aspects of the business (may be a con for some people).
Cons
Be prepared to travel if you are in a sales position (although this should not be a surprise). Base salary is very low to start out. Difficult position if you are not multi-lingual or have independent leads in foreign countries (specifically West Africa or South America).
