7yYour feedback is valued and taken to heart. While there is always something to learn from all feedback, there are a few comments here that are inaccurate.
1. Oh My Green is committed to our values which include openness and transparency. People are encouraged to share their thoughts, feelings and to challenge status quo. To support this, Oh My Green collects monthly feedback from all employees. Our employee satisfaction and net promoter scores are consistently 4 (or more) out of 5 with 80% (or above) to recommend us to others. This feedback is shared openly with the organization each month. Additionally, our turnover is significantly lower than industry standard, a metric we also openly share monthly with the organization.
2. The HR team took your comments to heart regarding not being overshadowed. The HR team is very close and deeply rooted in a mentorship/servant leadership philosophy. We are thoughtful to hire individuals who have shared values and experience. We openly discussed this review as a group and agreed the comment felt significantly off base from our reality. Every employee at Oh My Green, part-time and full-time. have access to the same rich benefit package. We strive to pay all of our team members at or above market for their experience.
3. Meditation is an important tenant of our culture and we agree it is what makes us unique. With our commitment to openness, employees have a choice and are free to move at their own pace, which can include questioning it, that's okay and a healthy part of learning anything new. In addition, the leadership team discusses diversity, inclusion, and potential subconscious bias openly, as we strive to be a leader in these areas. We pride ourselves on the ability to have open discussions.
If you are a current employee it would be wonderful if you could submit this feedback in its entirety on next months feedback survey or come and talk with us.
Feedback is a gift and yours is a good reminder that even though we develop very close bonds as co workers we need to be mindful about how our efforts might be perceived in different ways.
