Management can be unpredictable and there are a lot of changes

Newer employees are open to fresh ideas. Keep losing good managers tho.

Uses outdated computer systems. Old outdated buildings. People put in place to make decisions are family and do not have the experience to do so. Doesn't plan ahead. Low pay. Most people in manufacturering struggling to make ends meet.
