Poor upper management, arrogant and not friendly. Very qualified applicants are passed over for promotions to those who are more well liked (and not as experienced). Most supervisors are friends so poor supervision is often overlooked. Very poor morale. Adminstrator and coordinators would never believe they are the problem. Very few job perks. Most people leave because of the poor morale, not the poor pay.
