      It is close to home. I get days off when my children are off. I get to work with people who are like minded.

      Cons

      In education everywhere money for education is being cut. The newly adopted Common Core Curriculum is being introduced and that is tough.

      Staff are caring overall. Full time interpreters available

      Cons

      Former director had little knowledge of our program and was not very supportive of us. She is gone now though.
