      State benefits such as insurance and retirement.

      Cons

      Pay is much lower than private sector. Poor leadership in some schools. Very little accountability for teachers, especially those who have been there for years.

      Staff are caring overall. Full time interpreters available

      Cons

      Former director had little knowledge of our program and was not very supportive of us. She is gone now though.
