implicit bias within the regional office, its like a dead zone with zombies working quietly in their cubicles. Knowone's happy with there job. basic benefits package, very expensive, no extra perks. No employee hand book to govern policies or behavior, so there is a lot of unethical and inconsistent behaviors from Senior Managers. Poor performers are promoted, and behavior and errors go unchecked. Very toxic and bougie environment. Employee claims of discrimination, nepotism, and unethical behavior across the organization go ignored, or partially investigated. In 2020, global company of this size without a diversity program is alarming. Very high turnover at senior manager and direct levels. Low pay Poor benefits program No perks really, other than needing a job. High stress environment Drama and gossip
