Pros
If you need a place to your head down and grind then sure if you don't mind the bs.
Cons
Managers are lazy, will sabotage you and throw you under the bus to save their own skin. All the equipment is broken, barely works. Not enough cooking utensils/ supplies. Working here is stressful, the job should be easy but it's the extra bs that makes it but worth the time. Can't trust management, union does nothing, they'll even threaten not to pay you for a full day's work over very little things. So much more to say, just dont do it
