Unethical Senior Management - Anonymous employee Gatehouse Bank Employee Review

Senior Management completely out of their depths and in positions due to their personal relationships with the CEO C level staff spends his whole day asking for updates from sub teams. The C level despite being nice people lack any commercial intelligence. The CCO is extremely hard working though – always in the office very early and works through weekends. However, I have never come across anyone who is so intellectually incapable. The CEO likes to hires close friends who are mainly ex Aldermore like himself and pays them well above market salaries. The CEO even hired a member of his own family for a role which she has no previous experience!
