Ridiculous - ABA Therapist Gateway Community Services Employee Review

I was an employee before they started requiring RBT stuff. They told me the deadline was July 1 to complete the courses. I was having personal issues at the time of the deadline. I told them that I was having issues that I was not able to complete it but still work there full time. They were gonna give an extension but I told them I couldn't complete it right now. HR took it as a voluntary termination when I NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT QUITTING!!!!! ! NEVER sent a resignation letter! I sent an email about the situation, they never responded BUT THEY DISABLED MY ACCOUNT!!!!
