Initially starting out the pay raises came frequent, with every quarterly review we were rewarded with our work.

They state 50% travel, it's more like 90% travel. Was required to work multiple stretches over weekends while out of town. Long days in any weather condition. Sometimes management doesn't understand the difference between working to work and being productive. Worked multiple holidays. You can reach the end of the ladder quickly since it's a family run business.

In th beginning it was great, but when management changed it quickly went downhill.

Doesn't accept advice from employees with extensive knowledge. Errogant management.
