Pros
Very Flexible hours, great hourly pay. easy and fun job. excellent for a student or as a second job. They have a lot of referees. they call they're favorite ones first and see who is available. no set hours means your schedule can be free for other things.
Cons
Outside all day. Normally this is not a huge issue but during the middle of the winter and summer it an be a noticeable drag.
