The management team is passionate about supporting people with disabilities. If you are looking to get into this field you will learn a lot about working one-on-one with individuals with various disabilities. You will also learn how to best manage time and resources to fit within the limits of state and federal funding. It is a great place for someone fresh out of college to learn what it's like to work in the community and to learn the realities of keeping a small nonprofit alive and fighting for what they believe in.

There's no room to move up. It is a great place for someone fresh out if college to learn for a couple of years. The people who stay do so out of dedication and wait years to move up. Pay and benefits are not top tier, but that's usually expected when you get into this field. Too much paperwork and documentation as required by accreditation and funding sources. Technology is a few years behind. Some clique type behavior when I was there.

Quick Response, lower rates, steady charges.

I was a client for 4 years and it was fine until I decided to get out and then it was hell, they woudn't let me get out unless I finish uknown contract, then I had to explain myself why I no longer can use services due to pandemic and then they kept charging me even though I cancelled. It's like there is no limit to their greed for money. I am not happy how they can be so saddle and sneaky about not letting people go and continue charging them regardless their promise to end.
