Pros
Getting to work with customers. This is the only part that keeps me sane with this company! Other than this, no pros.
Cons
Upper management does not care about the little guys. Communication is horrible. Commission is crappy. Not paid mileage for work related trips (flyering, events, etc). Often understaffed and working with thin stretched team. Makes working here absolutely miserable. When hired, I was told it was a great company. Completely let down and disappointed. Lots of shady business.
