Ancient business practices, retirement program is horrible “if they elect to contribute to it and when they do it’s a joke”, salary is based on 45hrs a week for salaried exempt and not exempt, no company vehicles and they don’t pay IRS standard rate but expect you to run your vehicle in the ground, no raises, manipulation of sales commission, no fleet plan, I could go on and on, stay away!
The toxicity between the COO and another high ranking manager is so bad,
Oh by the way, they just laid a bunch of people off due to them spiraling out of control, so much for the never laid people off.
