Pros
Pays well and as a creative, they are open to new ideas and will allow you a certain degree of autonomy. Nicolas Seydoux is the nicest guy in the industry and very talented.
Cons
Some senior leaders are rude and very difficult to work with. There was also a tendency to send emails on Sundays which is a sign of poor management in my opinion.
