Pros
Pros came with zero manufacturing experience and in two year I’m running 5 axis machines.Great clean facility, many new machines and equipment to work on. Owners do and will invest in the people and equipment. If you are willing to learn and motivated they will train you and give you opportunity for advancements. Pay is well, and if you work hard you are rewarded.
Cons
The only con I see is that know matter where you work there are people that are helpful and work as a team and there are people that will never be satisfied anywhere.
