It has a great potential.
Cons
There are little to no advancement opportunities at Gauther. There is a culture of blaming other people for mistakes and not owning up to it. There is no management structure in place and people are often left to try and figure things out on their own and when the wrong thing is done, they get blamed for it. The owner's are rarely there and if they are there they are not engaged but, in all honestly, they are the owners so they get to do that but then they need to hire people to run the company. Long hours with a 30 min lunch break and one 15 minute break
