      Pros

      Great for learning and development. Efficient and effective environment compared to other organs of state.

      Cons

      Pay isn't bad but it could be better. Althought they like saying it is, it's not the best paying compared to other public sector transport entities. I have previously worked for other transport entities that paid much better.
