However the system with which to buy these products as staff should be improved. - The various tasks/responsibilities are easy to learn and easy to do.

- Demanding work culture. There is an expectation to work uninterrupted for the whole shift, despite frequent quiet days where it can be tricky finding tasks to do up until the last moment of the shift. - Break is short and multiple departments compete for the same small quantity of cafe foods/drinks. - Excessive surveillance of staff from the (honestly quite daft) amount of cameras pointed at work spaces can be unnerving. They are not just there for security, they are there to make sure you don’t talk, use your phone, or go to the toilet more than a few times a day.

Staff discount on music gear.

Management doesn't want to hear new ideas at all. It’s a totally top-down place where you just do what you're told. Very cliquey environment—if you aren't in the "in-group," it’s hard to get along. The pay is pretty bad. On top of that, they love to give people new job titles with more responsibility, but they never actually give you a pay rise to go with it.
