      Having an hour for lunch to leave the place....thats all

      Cons

      This company is the definition of Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Even though they have weekly "management" meetings, the same issues are not resolved. They treat their employees like sheep and their customers like cattle. GOOD LUCK!

      1. Surrounded by highly intelligent people. 2. Everyone has a great work ethic. 3. Unbelievable owner and upper management team that cares about everyone in the company and works side by side with the entire team. 4. Perfect environment to work in/comfortable setting. 5. Great benefits and very competitive pay. 5. Ideas are welcomed, nobody gets brushed off and people are listened to!

      Wish this company would be a lot bigger than it is because more people have to work here to get this great experience.
