      Good benefits package (health/dental/vision/retirement/life insurance/vac/sick).

      Cons

      Lack of growth, stagnant pay, lack of employee appreciation, inconsistencies, lack of communication, micromanaged, high turnover. Too many negatives that outweigh the benefits offered.

Using feedback from an employee satisfaction survey completed earlier this year we implemented several workplace improvements and are always striving to do more!

      Great close knit employees. Always willing to help one another. Nice family oriented atmosphere.

      Can be a little slow paced for some.

      Pros

      I got to experience a lot of different situations while working at GCH. It is a face paced environment, with friendly staff and coworkers that made working always interesting. There are a ton of opportunities to learn and develop ones self further.

      Cons

      Communication between departments can be a little tricky sometimes. Hard to compete with military benefits.
