Pros

No interview is requested and no salary is paid. I don't think it's a company worth trusting.

Cons

I will get my assignments every week. I can work from home. It's very free.

Thanks for the reviews, some good and some not so good. We welcome the reviews as they provide the opportunity to explain about the internship program and its goals. Most importantly, the reviews allow us to improve. The goal of the internship program is to help Millennials develop competency in the emerging field of energy conservation. The flexible structure allows interns to work remotely, on and off, as their busy schedule permits. In the initial phase, the program is designed to identify Individuals who are passionate about reducing greenhouse gas emissions and willing to build skills from the ground up, including taking on even rudimentary assignments to demonstrate aptitude and commitment, before transitioning to higher value-added work. The work is reviewed by licensed professionals, guidance is provided, growth is tracked and advancement recommendations are made to management. With demonstrated commitment and proficiency, more challenging work is assigned, time spent on project work is paid and those who excel join individuals on the team who have been here for 18 to 24 months. We are proud of several individuals who have gone through the program are currently gainfully employed in the energy conservation field across the country.
