      Cool people, fun place to work

      In my experience it didn't matter what I did for the company or how hard I worked once I was labeled there was nothing to be done to change the situation. My advice if you work here stay far away from higher ups they will bury you for no reason that is worthy

      The pay is good if you can sell, management is very fair, if your willing to work and improve they will give you the tools you need

      Cons

      Outside lawncare sales is difficult especially during different times of the season, also be prepared to work 50+ hours week

      The job changes drastically depending on who your manager is. A lot of recent changes as far as AI and sales technology. No oversight from supervisor.
