      Pros

      My work has a direct impact on the success of our company and its members I am able to create procedures and implement them to help innovate I am able to think creatively and seek out of the box solutions on a daily basis We are not micro managed and we are able to have the freedom to make trusted decisions about ways to improve and elevate our company

      Cons

      There was not a lot of guided training when I first came on but it is being addressed thru myself and my director. The identity of geekdom isn't fully realized There arent many systems in place for accountability for members

      Operates on EOS, providing structure and steps to success Has great leadership and an all-hands-on-deck mentality Amazing mission

      Cons

      This job is great if you want to be absolutely bought in to a company and a mission, but it will take dedication and commitment. Co-working can be all-consuming, and Geekdom is no exception.
