Pros

- Micromanagement — usually around two meetings a day, sometimes even more. It’s also common to be contacted outside of working hours.
- No clear or consistent policies — rules often change every quarter or even monthly, and many of them don’t last long. This makes the company feel unstable.
- Too many unnecessary administrative tasks, and the systems for these tasks also keep changing every quarter. It ends up wasting time that could be spent on actual core work.
- Salary is below the standard for other recruitment agencies, possibly because the headquarters is based in Bandung.
- Salary increases are barely noticeable.
- Some targets set by the company are unrealistic.
