Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to see you didn't feel any of the training, happy hour lunches twice a month, lunch & learn sessions, weekly English lessons and the many other benefits we offer all of our employees as Pros.
As a business we have experienced growing pains, and as for the majority of Companies 2020-2022 were very hard years dealing with the global pandemic. We have tried to be honest with everyone, cash flow was tight, international transfers were impacted and some pay runs were late. However, as a business we focused on ensuring we didn't make a single redundancy during the pandemic making sure all of our employees maintained an income during what where very tough times for everyone. We're sorry you felt our approach in handling this was unorganised and poorly managed, however for the team we have now I hope the results speak for themselves. Best of luck in your career.
