Many of the coworkers are wonderful. Good travel, pay and benefits. Clients and projects are excellent.

Back in the Day when the company was owned by the German founder, this was a great place to work. Then the company was bought by the current owners, and things went downhill. Former Gehrlicher management tried to get good positions in the new leadership. Support staff were let go as well as anyone who honestly spoke their mind instead of playing politics. Without support staff and with offsite senior management that doesn't see what is going on, people are overworked, local management is spiteful and arbitrary and morale is low.

No one is held accountable, so you can get away with anything. Under estimate the cost of a project, you'll fit right in with sales, blow a project schedule or budget, why don't we make you make you a senior PM. Have a relative who can award us a project, great, here's a VP title.

Some within senior management are corrupt, arrogant, inexperienced, self-absorbed, back-stabbing, non-responsive and deceiving. Support staff is also inexperienced and lazy. On-site safety personnel or safety precautions are non-existent.
