      pay is fair but also can definitely find higher compensation in tech field, typical large company / health company downsides (lots of meetings, processes move slow, lots of red tape)

      Great pay - they have thankfully kept the rates very competitive

      Cons

      Very poor communication on contract availability/locattion when you're in line for a new assignment Also no benefits until after 1 year
