They have good benefits, they feed you breakfast and lunch, and during summer they give 15 min breaks and ice cream once a week. Most coworkers are friendly and willing to share knowledge.

10 min breaks during winter. Unclear work instructions, I.e. depending on who you talk to you will get different answers. Considerably young work force due to high turnover rates. Extremely high expectations for production. Under staffed forcing workers to run multiple machines
