I didn't really have any cons

Free breakfast & lunch. Lots of overtime.

Complete incompetence in management, programming, and leadership. During the several years I was there all 5 managers were replaced. 2 died, 1 quit & the other two got fired. Working at GA is like being on death row. One slip up and you're fired. If you put in your two weeks (as I, and numerous others did) you will be told that your services are no longer needed and you will be terminated immediately. The owner and his wife have absolutely no idea how to run a company let alone handle the kind of money they once made. Every program that is written needs to be completely redone at the controller because the programmer has no idea how to proof a program. When the director of manufacturing passed away, the company was handed over to a 24 year old with 2 years experience in machining. He was also dating a girl who worked there that was openly engaged all while having an affair with another girl who worked there. Both of those girls ended up becoming management.
