Pros
The team I worked with were great, manager clearly cared for their team, HR making effort to look out for staff morale and culture.
Cons
Very clear nepotism, promise a lot of opportunities and growth but deliver very little, poor systems in place. Any effort to put in systems or initiatives for staff are quickly thrown out. Money appears to be more important than staff wellbeing at times. Numerous staff getting clear favouritism and benefits over lower staff.
