And do I have a chance to crush my numbers? The answer is yes to all of the above. There is so much market demand and need that the opportunity is enormous as a seller. This is also the best space that I’ve ever sold into. These are business owners and entrepreneurs who care about their business and employees. They are genuine people who only want the best for their business. It is by far the best market and opportunity I’ve sold into throughout my career. Gelato also has an incredible team that is willing to go above and beyond to support. It is easily the smartest and hardest working group of people I’ve worked with in my career. The company is willing to pivot and change, and moves fast all in an effort to win more. If you’re a sales person who wants an opportunity to crush your numbers and puts in the work, this is the spot.
Cons
This is not a place for someone who wants to clock in and clock out. Sales is a tole that the effort you put in directly impacts the results. If you’re willing to work hard, you will hit your numbers. If you want a slow paced 9 to 5 this isn’t for you.
