Each individual and team member has his or her experience and view on a company and its strengths and weaknesses. We will discuss and seek to understand what we can improve from a tech and leadership perspective.
We conduct Pulse Surveys every 3 months. There is nothing that indicates that what you have described is experienced by other team members but that doesn't mean we will not look into this. We would like to be open and transparent about the last Pulse Survey which we performed a month ago and if we look into Tech specifically, this is the one that correlates the strongest to the area you called out: Enablement: “We have enough autonomy to perform our jobs effectively” which scored 89% out of 100.
We always seek to avoid characterizing our improvement areas by referring to individuals but we recognize that it is a failure of our leaders and leadership team if a person has felt the way you have and we are sorry for this. We will add your input to the areas that we need to work with and improve upon.
