Any queries you may have, the moment you enter the HR cabins you are treated as if you are live on their mercy. 2. Politics: don't even bother to ask. 3. Management: They don't want to pay you. Period! They would be happy to squeeze every drop from you but when it comes to Salary/Incentives/appraisals they feel you are a liability. And they are least bothered about basic facilities provided to employees, employee satisfaction is not their concern. Money is all they are in need of. None of them are capable of bringing new business, but you are responsible to generate revenue from nothing. 4. Policies: one sided, only company benefits nothing is in shop for you. Don't expect a clean exit. The moment you put down your papers they won't make it easy for you. That month salary will be paid after minimum 2 months (if they agree to pay you that is).
