Management is best, understands how capable you are and gives opportunity, help to grow together. Suggestion to viewrs: People work around in Gemini or any other companies in market, people have negative and positive thoughts, just think if you are good enough to grow give proper work and make your self grow with company instead of negative thinking, everything will be notified , justified and recognized.
