      Pros

      Everyone works well together and there is not a single toxic person at the company. This is because the leadership team sets a great example of teamwork and overall respect for all employees regardless of seniority or hierarchy. There are no company politics!! Every team is proud of the work they do.

      Cons

      There were a couple layoffs in 2023 because of the recession.

      Pros

      - Really supportive and collaborative team — everyone’s willing to help each other out - Fun to work on creative projects and partner with amazing clients - Lots of chances to learn and grow - Management is approachable, supportive, and always open to feedback

      Cons

      Things can get busy during peak seasons but I’d say it’s pretty normal compared to any of my past roles
