When the company was small, I genuinely enjoyed working here at the start and believed in the mission. I made a lot of really great friends here

They changed management in the ops team and everything went from bad to worse. They got rid of a crucial team who held the operations department together (probably to cut costs) and then everyone left very rapidly because they couldn’t continue to work in such a toxic environment. Now the senior leadership team are doing basic functions to cover the loss of these colleagues, very badly. This could have been avoided so easily with coaching for the new operations management team (or not promoting certain people for these senior roles) because whoever is allowing such awful decisions to be made really needs to reflect on what’s happened.
