Pros

Lateral colleagues and direct managers were smart, kind, and collaborative.

Cons

There’s a heavy emphasis on process, but not always on whether those processes are effective. Instead of enabling teams, they often slow things down and create unnecessary complexity in execution. This leaves employees feeling a feeling of purposelessness. There is also high pressure to use AI generated language in reporting, which removes the human touch that clients go to an agency for in the first place. Leadership’s trust in AI as a business model is concerning. The biggest gap is in leadership transparency. There were moments where decisions that significantly impacted employees were not communicated with the clarity, timing, or accountability they deserved. Layoffs occurred and employees mainly found out through word of mouth for the first 24 hours. They never formally addressed it company wide. That creates a disconnect that’s hard to ignore and even harder to trust. Health benefits are severely lacking, and holidays are limited. The company doesn’t honor federal holidays that are personal, such as Veterans Day. 61% of Americans have a veteran in their family. The agency should give it off. There are no wellness reimbursements, or even work from home office stipends, at least that I was offered. I had to use my personal computer for almost a full month because they didn’t ensure my work laptop was routed to me in a timely manner. Support for account teams didn’t always match expectations or workload. That said, there are genuinely strong leaders at the director level who care deeply and do what they can within the constraints they’re given. You will absolutely learn here. The question is whether the environment is built to support you long-term. I did not find my time there to be healthy for me mentally or physically, and the poor health benefits reduced my ability to address that.

Pros

Good Company. Lots of training.

Cons

There was a change in management, and many people were laid off. This created a tense environment.

Pros

Great people, great clients, well organized. Amazing place to work if you want to work for some of the best in the industry.

Cons

Owned by private equity and driven by the bottom line. Things were great for a while, but since Covid numbers have been down and the sense of job security is not what it once was.
