There is nothing to like.

No work-life balance Have to work 10:30am - 8:00pm Sometimes they will ask you to work 38 - 39 hours continuously without extra pay or leave. Like you will start on Monday work whole night without sleep and leave the office on Tuesday 9:00pm. People don't get their salary for 2-4 months. So if you have financial problem, don't join. No job security, they can kick you out anytime and it is for almost everyone.

Good infrastructure of the surrounding and Saturday off

weak decision makers , zero support from senior management , too much politics
