The pay rate that we offer is in line with the market rates for similar positions. If you're on a client placement with GenSpark for more than a year, we typically offer pay raises at the 1 year mark to ensure growth. Our goal is to get you started, with a base that you can use to take your career anywhere.
In terms of the work environment, we are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Our recruiters, instructors, and staff work very hard to create a positive and supportive atmosphere, and we will take your feedback as a learning point for improvement.
