      -will not keep you there if there is no work left to do -mentally stimulating and challenging: a great learning experience -kind and understanding internal HR and a nice company culture -adhere to guidelines and SOPs

      -can require weekend work -repetitive nature of the work

      Great work environment. Makes you feel like you belong. Lots of overtime if needed.

      Really high volumes of testing during the winter months (flu season).
